It’s time to register!! Come on over this Saturday to the Centre to sign up for all the exciting recreation programs, trips, and more that are available here for you. Don’t miss out!!

Our Destination… Crescent Beach! Here we will dine at Beecher’s Place, a community centre facing the beach. Our location on the second floor (there’s an elevator), affords us a spectacular view of the ocean, which will certainly add to the enjoyment of a delicious barbecued supper, prepared by Greg and his catering Staff.
For dinner there will be barbecued chicken, smokies, corn-on-the-cob and salad, with strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Beer, wine and coolers will be available for purchase. After dinner you can go for a short walk, or just enjoy the company and the view before returning to the Centre.
Includes dinner, transportation, driver & bus rental.

BC Housing Workshop: Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters

SAFER is a BC Housing Program that can provide a monthly rebate of a portion of rent paid on market rental units. This program applies to renters 60 years of age or older who qualify due to limited income. Other qualifiers may apply.

The luncheon will feature pork tenderloin with entertainment by Mardie Wolsey, the People’s Choice Award recipient in the 2013 Senior Idol competition.
