Zumba Gold® is a modified, low-impact dance fitness class designed for beginners, active older adults, or those needing a slower-paced workout. It features easy-to-follow choreography focused on balance, range of motion, and coordination, while delivering a fun, Latin-inspired cardio experience

Led by new instructor Moe. A gentle, accessible pratice that modifies traditional yoga poses to be performed while seated or using a chair for support.

Gentle Movement and Balance with Jennifer
This low-impact class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and balance to support safer movement and independence. Strong balance is key to preventing falls—the leading cause of injury in ageing adults. Stay active, steady, and confident with guided exercises in a supportive setting.

There is no charge to attend this group and it is open to all looking for support. Registration is appreciated but not required.
Join us each week in a safe and welcoming space where caregivers, family members, and friends can connect, share, and support one another. This group is led by a Certified Facilitator.
