• 600 sq ft room with capacity up to 50 (with lobby up to 100)
• Elegant décor with corner gas fireplace
• Windows looking out onto outdoor patio

Rental Rates:

• 1/2 day - catered function - $250.00
• Room only $50.00/hour, minimum $100.00
• Deposit to book space – full rent
• Damage deposit $500.00

Meeting Rooms

• Meeting Room - 440 sq ft
• Activity Room A - 430 sq ft
• Activity Room B - 360 sq ft
• Multi-purpose Room - 1024 sq ft (kitchen use at extra cost**)
• Meeting spaces for rent by the hour, capacity 20 – 50
• ½ hour time frame for set up & ½ hour tear down

Rental Rates:
$30.00/hour, minimum $60.00

**Terms & conditions included in Facility Rental Agreement
**Full payment of balance owing, including damage deposit, is required 15 days prior to date booked. Signed Facility Rental License Agreement required.

Catered Facility Rentals Include:

• White Linen table cloths and napkins
• Table skirting for head table and buffet tables
• 5' diameter Round or 6‘ rectangular tables
• Stainless frame, padded banquet chairs
• Podium & microphone
• Free Parking
• Wheelchair access
• Room set up & cleaning – maximum 4 hours

LSRS Catering does not provide bar service
Customer needs to obtain own liquor license and bartending service
Cork fee of $2.50 / per person applies
