Calling all volunteers! The Langley Senior Resources Society will be holding a Volunteer Orientation and Training Sessions in February 2016. It will be held on the Saturdays at 9am – 12pm.
The Langley Senior Resources Society Volunteer Orientation and Training gives an overview of volunteer opportunities throughout the Langley Seniors Centre. Our Outreach and Better at Home Programs are explained in detail; also included is a section on recognizing the signs that a senior is becoming isolated or is a victim of elder abuse.
All sessions will be held at the Langley Seniors Recreation & Resource Centre; check in with the Front Desk as to which room the day’s session is being held in.
