10:30 am – 11:30 am Chair Fit and Fun – Try it for free!
Exercises done in the comfort of a chair! Classes consist of chair cardio, weights/resistance band, balance exercises, and cool-down stretching. Please wear appropriate footwear.
1:30 pm – 3:30 pm Carpet Bowling – Try it for free!
Join us for a fun afternoon of bowling and socialising. Carpet bowling is not too strenuous, and is a lot of fun!
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Gentle Flow Yoga (for 16+) – Try it for free!
Join this session with classic yoga postures, a mini-meditation, and focus on the Yogi breath. Great for all levels, however you must be able to lower yourself onto the yoga mat. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it!
